I can't say enough how Melanie handled everything . From staging to clean up and fixing little problems to lining up contractors for unanticipated repairs and pushing through the final price negotiations.

All of this while we were out of state . Remarkable!

Melanie was unbelievably incredible to work with! She represented the buyers and I had the listing side. It can be very difficult to navigate through a transaction with multiple pieces involved that take time, patience, and research. With her help and communication we were able to make BOTH sides happy at the end of the day.
